Theyre now looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager to take the lead across PPC and paid social campaigns, driving performance and delivering real, measurable results. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on, working in a fast-paced environment where your input genuinely makes an impact. Youll take ownership of paid media strategy and delivery, managing campaigns from planning through to optimisation and reporting. Alongside campaign delivery, youll play a key role in client relationships, providing clear insights, recommendations, and performance updates. Youll also work closely with internal teams across creative, content, and strategy to ensure campaigns are aligned, effective, and commercially focused. What Youll Be Doing: Leading and delivering PPC and paid social strategies across client accounts Managing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and more Monitoring performance and using data to optimise and improve results Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships Translating data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations Managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring campaigns stay on track Supporting wider team collaboration to deliver integrated campaigns Contributing to new business opportunities and growth What Were Looking For: Around 5+ years experience in digital marketing, with strong PPC focus Experience in a senior or lead role Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads Good knowledge of paid social (Meta essential, LinkedIn desirable) Experience using GA4 and performance tracking tools Confident analysing data and making performance-driven decisions Strong communication skills and experience managing client relationships Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have: Agency experience Exposure to both B2B and B2C campaigns Google Ads or Meta certifications Experience with CRM or offline conversion tracking You will be: Commercially aware and results-focused Enjoys being both strategic and hands-on Confident working independently and as part of a team Proactive, organised, and solutions-driven Keen to stay up to date with latest digital trends Whats on Offer: Competitive salary (£40,000 £45,000 DOE) Hybrid working Pension and life insurance Ongoing training and development Opportunity to work on high-quality campaigns in a growing agency Please forward your CV and we will be in touch with more details.
