Senior Quantity Surveyor – Super Prime Residential | Central London
Are you a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with a background in high-end residential construction? Looking to work on some of the most prestigious homes in London?
Our client is a well-established, financially secure main contractor renowned for delivering super prime residential projects to the highest specification. With a long-standing reputation, a strong pipeline of work, and very low staff turnover, they offer a stable and supportive environment for ambitious professionals.
Project Profile:
* High-spec new builds and refurbishments of luxury residences
* Projects in Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Belgravia and other affluent areas
* Contract values up to £20m, with initial projects in the £5m–£10m range
* Impeccable quality and craftsmanship across every project
The Role:
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee multiple prestigious residential projects across prime central London.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing 1 larger project or 2–3 smaller projects simultaneously from pre-construction to final account
* Cost planning, procurement, valuations, and contract administration
* Working closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, and Directors
* Supporting the business in maintaining its reputation for quality, precision, and delivery
About You:
* Proven experience as a QS or Senior QS on luxury residential projects
* Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement and commercial strategy
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Stable employment history with reputable prime residential contractors
* Ambitious, proactive, and committed to a long-term career move
