Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader required to work with a leading North East Housing association covering the Berwick region. My client requires a skilled and professional repairs and maintenance team leader to lead a dedicated teams of trades and maintenance staff while they deliver building and maintenance repairs on social housing properties. We are looking for someone who is a experienced tradesman, who has previous experience leading teams of tradesman and knowledge of building maintenance repairs and social housing. You will need to have a positive and proactive attitude whilst demonstrating enthusiasm and professionalism at all times.
