Following an exceptional half 1 performance, we are looking to grow the team and are therefore looking to speak with successful consultants who possess 18+ months experience in a recruitment or search firm.

* We operate a remote 1st model however we also get together on a weekly basis to ensure cohesion and face time.

* We are the opposite of a KPI centric, micro-management culture. We are looking for self motivated people.
* We believe in making key players equity stakeholders with up to 49% of equity up for grabs.
* We believe in a simple commission structure - with a minimum flat rate of 20% and above on all billings.
This is all in addition to a competitive base salary, benefits, and regular incentives (last year we went to Marbella and this year we are going to Oktoberfest).
