We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bank Registered Nurses to join our care homes across Halton Council (Widnes and Runcorn). The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient care and demonstrate excellent clinical skills. This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexibility, whether you are returning to work, balancing another job, or seeking additional hours. This is a bank-only position, with shifts offered based on the needs of the care homes and availability. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and medical needs. Administer medications and monitor the effects on residents' health and wellbeing. Assess, plan, and evaluate residents' medical needs and provide tailored care. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team to ensure a positive environment. Maintain accurate records and uphold health and safety standards. Support a team of care assistants, offering guidance and training as needed.
