Once registered, you will:Continue to deliver unwavering support your team so we can ensure we consistently exceed regulatory standards set by Ofsted and deliver the most effective person-centred care to our young people. Play an active part in the recruitment processOnboard and induct new team membersCarry out supervisions, 1-2-1s and appraisalsEnsure teams are supported, motivated, skilled, knowledgeable, and happy. You could be leading up to 2 teams. Manage finances and resources with the teamsRequirementsOur Registered Manager (Ofsted) will have: At least 2 years' experience working within a residential childcare setting. At least 1 years' experience in a leadership role within a residential childcare setting. Knowledgeable and experienced in working under relevant legislation and policies, such as Children's Homes Regulations, Children and Families Act, Social Care Common Inspection Framework, Health and Social Care, Person Centred Planning and SafeguardingIdeally Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
