Retail Sales Assistant - Jollyes The Pet People - Chichester. Following exciting recent growth, we're looking for a talented individual to be a Sales Assistant in our Chichester store. What do we need from you?
Your role as a Sales Assistant will be to help your store colleagues maximise the potential of the store by providing genuinely helpful and friendly customer service, upholding great store standards with available stock and clean and tidy presentation, and promoting responsible pet ownership.
Responsibilities
* Help store colleagues maximise the potential of the store through genuinely helpful and friendly customer service.
* Uphold store standards with available stock and clean, tidy presentation.
* Promote responsible pet ownership and act as an ambassador for the Jollyes brand.
* Interact with pets and people in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Flexibility to cover shifts over 7 days including evenings and weekends.
* Work as part of a team to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and qualities
* Experience in a similar, customer-facing environment is preferred.
* A hands-on approach with a fun personality who enjoys interacting with pets and people.
* Ability to provide the highest levels of customer service and embody Jollyes values: Genuine, Wise, Focused, Eager, Together.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends; part-time availability (6 weeks) with 20 hours per week.
