AB Property Consultants are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Trainee Estate Agent to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the property industry.
We are a busy, fast-paced office and are seeking someone hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn. You will play a key role in supporting our sales team, undertaking property viewings, and assisting with day-to-day operations both in and out of the office.
The Role
* Conducting property viewings
* Liaising with buyers and sellers
* Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
* Assisting with property marketing
* Managing enquiries and booking appointments
* Representing the company in a professional manner at all times
This role is both office-based and out on appointments, so no two days are the same.
Essential Requirements
* Full UK driving licence
* Own vehicle
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Punctual and reliable
* Able to commit to full-time work
* Hardworking with strong work ethic
* Able to work on own initiative
* IT literate and confident using computer systems efficiently
* Live within an easy commute of the office
* Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends when required
Desirable (But Not Essential)
* Knowledge of photography or videography
* Understanding of social media platforms and content creation
* Previous customer service experience
