Cover Supervisor / HLTA – Harlow
Location: Harlow, Essex
Pay: £100–£120 per day
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (term time only)
Availability: Minimum 3 working days per week
We’re seeking confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors and HLTAs to support our partner primary schools in Harlow. If you enjoy leading a class, managing behaviour effectively, and supporting pupils to thrive, this role is for you.
You’ll follow teachers’ plans, keep lessons on track, and use your positive classroom presence to create a calm, engaging environment.
What we’re looking for:
1. Proven experience covering whole classes in a primary school
2. Excellent behaviour management skills
3. A strong passion for education and helping pupils succeed
4. A positive and adaptable approach to classroom support
Requirements:
5. Valid Right to Work in the UK
6. Availability for at least 3 working days per week
7. Reliable transport or access to your own vehicle
8. A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
