As a Senior Practitioner, you will: ✨ Model outstanding practice in the room every day ✨ Lead by example, demonstrating high quality interactions and purposeful provision ✨ Support and mentor other practitioners, particularly apprentices and newer staff ✨ Help embed our curriculum and company ethos consistently across the setting ✨ Take responsibility for maintaining high standards of learning environments ✨ Contribute to planning, assessment and next steps at a deeper, more analytical level ✨ Work closely with the Manager and Area Lead to drive quality improvement You will not just follow policy.
