I am working exclusively with a Leicestershire brand to support them in finding a Strategic HR Business Partner to join their established team. Reporting to the HR Director you will be responsible for the day-to-day support and strategic direction of the HR team of 5. This is a permanent opportunity with hybrid working.
Senior Business Manager - HR Recruitment (Strategic HR Business Partner)
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £65,000p.a. - £75,000p.a. + benefits
Responsibilities
* Management of business transformation and change
* Partner with key stakeholders to understand key strategic initiatives
* Support on all HR operations including the escalation of complex ER case work
* Head up strategic focuses such as employee engagement and business culture with the view to driving high performance
* Deputise for the HR Director when necessary
What they need from you
* Previous experience operating at Strategic HR Business Partner level (Ideally over 5 years)
* Experience in a blue-collar work environment (manufacturing and production, logistics, distribution etc)
* Confidence heading up change and transformation initiatives
* Good knowledge of HR employment law and employee relations
