As the Maintenance Lead, you will support in the delivery of maintenance services, ensuring safe, high quality environments for all patients, staff and visitors across Schoen Clinic York.The maintenance lead will need to be able to manage maintenance task and risks and prioritise their workload affectively in order to minimise Operational & Health and Safety impacts. The role will be required to oversee appointed maintenance contractors and ensure that work is completed in accordance with company health and safety guidelines. As well as meeting appropriate quality, performance standards and commercial rigor to seek best value in the delivery of planned and reactive FM services. ?Reporting to theHospital Director, the role of maintenance officer will be at the core of all maintenance activity to ensure an efficient reactive and planned maintenance service.
