4. Brand‑new squad being formed (approx. 7 people) focused on building a financial data pipeline
What the Team Is Doing
5. Building and testing data pipelines and contracts for financial data
6. Defining how data flows from SAP ECC into SAP RISE (interim approach)
7. This is the last business area still on SAP ECC
8. Not a full ECC decommission yet - this phase is about: Testing data flows Defining contracts Ensuring accuracy and data quality before full migration
9. Data quality, controls, and ownership are a big focus
10. First time the organisation has gone into this level of detail on these flows
Why They Need This Role
11. The team has been missing Business Analysts to provide: Clear artefacts Data contracts End‑to‑end requirements
12. They need someone to work closely with the SAP RISE squad to: Understand financial SAP data Define current vs future‑state processes Manage requirements back and forth across teams
13. This role is critical to getting the work ready for development
Ideal Profile
14. Must have SAP migration experience (non‑negotiable)
15. Strong experience with data‑driven projects
16. Pipeline and data‑flow experience is essential
17. Clear understanding of what is critical in financial data flows
18. Able to understand the wider programme, not just isolated tasks
19. Very strong ability to work independently
20. Comfortable owning a problem end‑to‑end, then presenting findings back
21. Experience working with incomplete information in a brand‑new squad
