What you'll bring:
* A solid foundation and knowledge of childdevelopment
* Experience of working with SEN children
* Innovative and creative planning for all agegroups
* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
* Strong leaderships skills and the ability tomotivate and inspire a team
* Excellent organisation and admin skills
* Food Hygiene and Paediatric First Aid aredesirable
You’ll be expected to:
* Champion safeguarding and pupil, staff, wellbeing
* Plan and deliver inspiring activities.
* Manage staffing levels and maintain ratios.
* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and professionals.
* Create a positive team culture, supporting staff development and training.
* Assist with the administration required to run the club effectively.
* Drive continuous improvement and high-quality provision.
* Cover both Before and After School Clubs, and Holiday Club (actual shift pattern TBC).
