As a Care Worker at Balmedie House, you will provide high-quality, person‑centred care to people living within the service, supporting them to experience dignity, comfort and meaningful daily routines. You will be part of a supportive team, delivering consistent care that responds to individual needs and promotes independence wherever possible.

* Follow safeguarding, health and safety and infection control procedures
About You
You will be a caring and reliable individual with a genuine interest in supporting others. You communicate well, work effectively as part of a team and remain calm and compassionate in a care setting. You will hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards it, and you will be committed to delivering high standards of person‑centred care. This role requires membership of the PVG Scheme and registration with SSSC or willingness to register. You must have a Christian faith and be able to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos, an Occupational Requirement under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.
