Sales Assistant / 16 hours role at Bestway Retail. This is the face of our business and key to our success. We are looking for someone who is driven and dedicated to exceptional customer service. If you have a keen eye for detail, love interacting with people, and you are a self-starter who takes initiative, we have a great career for you. Base pay range
This range is provided by Bestway Retail. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities
* Acknowledge customers in a friendly and welcoming way
* Respond to queues and queries quickly and efficiently
* Attend to customer needs
* Always be courteous, cheerful and respectful
* Recommend products and promotions
* Carry out freshness checks
* Ensure till accuracy
* Perform stock replenishment and merchandising in accordance with company guidelines

* Great communication skills
* Able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with others
* Be flexible and adaptable in line with the needs of the store
* The ability to prioritise tasks
* A strong team player, harnessing the power of the team whilst being an integral part of promoting team spirit
