Layout Designer – Newcastle upon Tyne

We’re working with a respected architectural and urban design practice who’ve built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use projects across the North of England.
With a healthy workload and long-standing relationships with major national housebuilders, they’re now looking for an Layout Designer to join their growing team.
What you’ll be doing:
* Designing and delivering residential layouts and developments for major housebuilders
* Producing detailed technical drawings and coordinating with in-house Urban Designers and Technicians
* Working through all RIBA stages, from concept to delivery
* Ensuring projects meet planning, design and buildability requirements
* Visiting sites and collaborating directly with clients and consultants
What they’re looking for:
1. Qualified Architect (ARB registered or equivalent)
2. Experience within residential or housing-led design
3. Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills
4. Excellent technical knowledge with a creative approach
