We have newly vacant posts within the BFS Health Visiting Service in the Hall Green District.

The post holder will be a first level registered nurse with a Health Visiting Degree/Diploma/Certificate and will work within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
Responsibilities
* Clinical and professional management of a designated multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care.
* Oversee effective and efficient use of skills and resources, organising the integrated workforce to meet the needs of local children and families in line with the Early Years Specification and other local and national standards.
* Line‑manage the Health Visitor team on a daily basis, ensuring delivery of evidence‑based care and advice to children and families.
* Provide clinical leadership and support to Health Visitors through clinical supervision and by acting as an exemplar of clinical practice and quality standards.
* Engage effectively with key partners and the community to develop services that address early year’s high impact areas and the individual needs of children and families.
Qualifications
* First level registered nurse.
* Health Visiting Degree/Diploma/Certificate.
* Understanding of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
* Experience in early years, health and wellbeing services (preferred).
