Experience contributing to all aspects of digital product development, including business planning, costs/revenue projections, marketing/comms, operational planning, product requirements, liaising with development teams and solution architects, change control, project timescales and costs, UX/UI and digital design, customer feedback and co-creation. Excellent knowledge of digital and mobile product creation, with attention to detail and a desire for products to look fantastic and delight customers. Ability to work with both internal delivery teams and external suppliers, including scouting, selection, managing commercial terms as well as actual delivery. Experience managing the full lifecycle of challenging ideas, from concept to product. Product Management and Product Owner experience and qualifications. Knowledge of the professional services sector, specifically accountancy areas of tax, audit and advisory, and the associated trends and products (desirable). Knowledge of innovation and product development lifecycles, product design and delivery methodology. Ability to organise product portfolio and manage backlog of change. General agile delivery and management skills. Responsibilities: Help drive innovation, both mindset and practical delivery, throughout BDOs 8,000 employees and at all levels. Help business areas create and define new opportunities and innovations and assess whether digital products can deliver benefits. Define the benefits of change, assessing both short and long-term impacts, tangible and intangible, and prioritize accordingly. Administer the internal innovation platform, assist users in setting innovation challenges, and manage the ideas generated. Assist the Product Owner in our Agile/SCRUM development process and interface with internal and external development teams. Ensure the product meets all requirements, including business strategy, product specification, business case, and technical specifications. Liaise with Business Relationship Managers to manage the pipeline of incoming products, proofs of concept and technology requests. Support Business Relationship Managers with engaging content to extend the reach of innovation within business units. Help manage the firms innovation community by communicating our product roadmap and developing new ideas and possible products. Arrange and deliver training to increase the uptake of delivered innovation and improve our Digital Mindset and client experience.
