As they expand across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), they are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven Business Development Director to lead our growth across the region.
💼 Their Mission
As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will:
Drive new client acquisition across banks, PSPs, fintechs, and large enterprises.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high-value deals.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships to accelerate market entry in key countries.
Collaborate with product, legal, and marketing teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and regulatory nuances across EMEA.
Report directly to the CRO, contributing to the go-to-market strategy and forecasting.

✅ Proven track record of success selling open banking, payments, or API-based solutions.
✅ Strong C-level network across EMEA financial institutions or fintech ecosystem.
✅ Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape (e.g., PSD2, PSD3, SCA, open finance).
✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and outcome-driven execution.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✅ Comfortable with travel across EMEA (~30–40%).
