These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most.Connect to your opportunity The Reward Strategy Advisory teams work with our clients to provide advice on a variety of Reward matters including reward strategy and implementation, design of performance related pay arrangements and wider considerations that impact remuneration, such as talent criticality and business priorities. We are looking for an experienced professional to help us grow our Reward Strategy Advisory business. This is an existing opportunity to work with the existing team to help us grow our practice advising companies on total reward strategy, broad based incentive design, job architecture, pay equity as well as performance management and performance related pay. The relationships this role will be responsible for engaging with, and delivering to are some of our most important within an organisation. This is a key team in the management of some of the firm's key clients. You will have the opportunity to work with various teams across the firm including Human Capital Consulting in the UK, the US and in Europe.You will be working in our national Reward Strategy Advisory group and will be providing advice to clients in the following areas:Total reward strategy reviews, including both monetary and non-monetary benefits which support and drive the business strategy and culture and talent priorities.Designing and implementation of broad-based incentive frameworks.Design of job architecture to help organisations create stronger links between the approach to compensation and job families, levels and grades.Design and implementation of performance management frameworks.You will also play a key part in helping to build the practice and develop the team.Connect to your skills and professional experienceProven experience in the area of total reward strategy design and implementation, performance management and understanding of wider HR practicesExperience in winning, developing and maintaining client relationships, ideally within a consulting environmentA professional and pro-active approach, to deliver client service that meets Deloitte's exceptional standardsExcellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload with a flexible approach, ensuring deadlines are metClear communication skills and ability to produce high quality, client facing, technically accurate, well written workExperience in effectively delegating work and in developing a teamExcellent interpersonal skills - an ability to deal effectively and establish rapport with people at all levels (clients, partners and staff)Connect to your business - TaxInnovation and tax consultancy may not seem to go together, but that’s exactly what you’ll find at Deloitte.
