Job Title: Professional Indemnity Associate Solicitor

Responsibilities:
* Manage professional indemnity claims and regulatory issues.
* Provide expert advice to clients on coverage disputes.
* Collaborate with various professionals, including lawyers and financial institutions.
* Engage with clients to offer tailored, practical solutions.
* Work closely with other teams within the firm to ensure comprehensive support.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* Qualified solicitor NQ - 4 years' experience in professional indemnity.
* Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and coverage disputes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to manage complex claims and client relationships.
* Experience working with a range of professionals, including financial advisors and accountants.
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* Familiarity with international law and cross-border issues.
* Previous experience in risk and compliance advisory roles.
* Knowledge of related areas such as crime insurance or management liability.
* Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Technologies:
* Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.
* Familiarity with digital collaboration platforms for remote working.
* Understanding of the latest compliance and regulatory software.
