You’ll coordinate care on shift, oversee medication administration, and act as a link between care staff, residents, families, and external professionals. Before You Apply A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care is required. Recent experience in a senior care or care coordinator role is essential. Applicants must be confident administering medication and leading a shift.
