Overview
We’re currently looking for a full-time Health and Safety Administrator to join our Fire, Health and Safety team at Harrods. You’ll have a wealth of administrative experience and be interested in utilising your knowledge within the team, being responsible for the overall safety of our historic building and all those who use it. This is a fixed-term contract for the duration of 6 months.
Responsibilities
* Analyse existing Health & Safety data, monthly FHS reports, regular performance against target metrics, and risk calculation criteria for assessment.
* Act as the first point of contact for the FHS team and provide administrative support for central health & safety activities.
* Maintain relationships with suppliers, manage and coordinate the FHS system, and liaise with business units for site information.
* Manage rotas for the FHS team, and maintain training records.
Qualifications
* Excellent administration, interpersonal and communication skills; previous experience in a similar administration role is essential (FHS experience preferable).
* Customer service oriented mindset.
* Great time management skills, be flexible and ready to adapt to changing priorities.
* Highly detail oriented; a problem solver who asks questions and listens effectively.
* Collaborative in nature, building and maintaining strong working relationships with key contacts within the business.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
* Good MS Office skills (Excel, Teams and SharePoint).
Term
Fixed-term contract for 6 months.
