Credit Analyst – Real Estate Lending

We’re working with a growing, boutique, entrepreneurial real estate debt fund in London, known for its fast-paced deal environment, and strong market reputation.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Credit Analyst to work directly alongside senior stakeholders on complex real estate transactions, with real visibility and progression.
The role:
* Lead underwriting across a range of real estate lending transactions (bridge, development & investment)
* Build and run detailed financial models, sensitivity analysis & deal structuring
* Assess borrower strength, collateral quality & market fundamentals
* Present credit papers and recommendations to senior leadership
* Work closely with brokers, borrowers, valuers & legal teams to drive deals through to completion
What they’re looking for:
* 3–5+ years’ experience in real estate lending / underwriting / structured finance
* Strong financial modelling and credit analysis capability
* Confident presenting and communicating at senior level
* Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail
* Exposure to bridging or development finance is a big plus
