Cold Rolling Operative
Location: Walsall
Shift: Days - 7:30am start
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Temp with potential for Temp to perm for the right candidate
We are currently recruiting for a Cold Rolling Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a production or metal processing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating cold rolling machinery safely and efficiently
* Setting and adjusting machines to meet production requirements
* Monitoring product quality and ensuring specifications are met
* Carrying out basic machine maintenance and reporting faults
* Handling materials and finished products
* Adhering to all health & safety procedures at all times
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in a cold rolling, metal processing, or manufacturing environment (essential)
* Ability to work to targets and deadlines
* Good attention to detail and quality standards
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a 7:30am start
