Are you a commercially minded account manager or customer success specialist looking to develop your career with a well-established and respected business?
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in FMCG account management, customer service or internal sales who enjoys building strong client relationships and can spot opportunities to grow existing accounts. You’ll be managing a portfolio of B2B customers — mainly manufacturers and suppliers.
The Role
* Managing a group of B2B clients across FMCG
* Acting as the first point of contact for all things account-related
* Delivering exceptional service, driving renewals and identifying upsell opportunities
* Presenting digital solutions and services both online and face to face
* Feeding customer insights back into the business to support product development
* Keeping your pipeline organised and forecasts accurate using CRM
