Working Hours:
* Monday – Friday 14:00 – 22:00 shifts available
Position: Warehouse Operative
Logistics People are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Basildon, based at our Great Bear site.
As a Warehouse Operative, your role will include but not be limited to:
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including sweeping and disposing of debris.
* Handling stock respectfully, with high attention to detail.
* Heavy lifting involved.
* Assisting with other duties as assigned by management.
* Participating in training sessions to enhance job knowledge and skills.
* Loading and unloading vehicles with scrap tyres.
* Handballing involved.
* Counterbalance or Reach Truck experience would be beneficial.
* All training provided for this role.
* Able to work as part of a team and be self-managed when necessary.
* Complying with Health and Safety policies on site.
* Working accurately and methodically.
* Flexible approach to duties and tasks.
