The Role As a Complex Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive safe, effective and responsive care. You will be responsible for coordinating care packages, supporting care staff and maintaining excellent communication with clients, families and healthcare professionals. No two days are the same, and you'll be at the heart of our operation, helping us deliver exceptional care while supporting the continued growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Coordinate new and existing care packages from referral through to service delivery Manage and optimise staff rotas, ensuring safe and effective staffing levels Respond to staff absence, emergencies and changing client needs Recruit, onboard and support care staff throughout their employment journey Liaise with clients, families, healthcare professionals, case managers and commissioners Support service quality, compliance and CQC standards Conduct staff supervisions, spot checks and performance reviews Build and maintain positive client relationships Support package mobilisation and service growth Participate in the on-call rota as required About You We're looking for someone who is: Organised, proactive and solutions-focused Experienced within domiciliary care coordination or a similar care management role A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Experienced using electronic rostering systems (Access Planner experience desirable) In possession of a full UK driving licence Why Join Complex Care Professionals?
