Job Description

Make a difference in Bermuda where it matters most. This is a meaningful opportunity to work at the heart of frontline services in Hamilton, Bermuda, supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, addictions, and complex life challenges. You will provide counselling, crisis intervention, and case management while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to help clients move toward recovery and stability.


What You’ll Do

* Provide assessments, counselling, and individualized service/treatment plans
* Offer crisis intervention, advocacy, and case management
* Facilitate educational or treatment groups and support client progress
* Collaborate with internal teams and community agencies for referrals and reintegration supports
* Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional and ethical standards
* Participate in case conferences, court programs, and outreach/home visits as required

What You Bring

* Degree in a clinical or social services discipline specializing in addictions
* Professional certification (or working toward certification)
* Experience in trauma‑informed and evidence‑based practices, counselling, and program delivery
* Strong communication, de‑escalation, and documentation skills
* Ability to work shifts, including evenings/weekends when required
* Valid driver’s license, criminal record check, and vulnerable sector check

Rate of pay: $44.00 BMD
