Job Title: Administration Assistant – Transport Department (Days)
Location: The position is based at the National Sortation Centre.
Responsible to: Senior Transport Administrator/Transport Manager
Job Summary: Providing administrative support to the Transport Department.
Main duties:
Your main duties will include:
1. Loggingcosts inrelation tovehicles and trailer repairs/services etc
2. Loggingcostinrelationtohirevehicles
3. Loggingcosts inrelation toMHE repairs/servicesetc
4. Trunking Matrix costs
5. Additional vehicles costs
6. Loggingofemployee'sovertime
7. TransferringallrelevantdatatoOracleandsubmittingtogeneratePO's
8. Ensuringthat thetrunk operators operatinglicenses andinsurances are uptodate
9. Generaladministrativedutiesincludingemails,filling,report writingetc

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
10. Intermediate Excel skills
11. Good organisation skills
12. Good communication/interpersonal skills
13. Ability to prioritise workloads
14. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems
