We’re Flock Digital. A collective of creative and technical minds specialising in digital for healthcare.

We help agencies and healthcare brands create engaging digital experiences for patients and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) that motivate, educate, and inspire action. From campaign microsites to interactive congress touchscreens, our work proves that great results don’t depend on big budgets, they depend on smart strategy, creative collaboration, and people who care.

We’re now looking for our first dedicated Account Manager. Someone ready to take ownership, build relationships, and help shape how Flock grows.

The role

As account manager, you’ll be the bridge between our healthcare agency clients and our Flock of creative and technical experts. Nurturing relationships, spotting opportunities, and helping guide projects from concept to delivery.

It’s a hands‑on, client‑focused role with plenty of variety, autonomy, and visibility. You’ll work closely with the directors to strengthen partnerships, grow accounts, and shape our approach to new business.

We’re looking for someone proactive and commercially minded, someone who enjoys creating opportunities, not waiting for them.


What you’ll be doing


Client relationships and growth

* Be the trusted, go‑to contact for our clients. Proactive, reliable, and always one step ahead.
* Understand client goals and ensure our work delivers measurable results and impact.
* Spot opportunities to expand accounts and introduce new digital services.
* Collaborate with directors on account planning, growth strategy, and client success.


Business development and partnerships

* Support Flock’s growth through lead generation, outreach, and relationship building.
* Research prospects, help craft proposals and presentations, and keep our CRM up to date.
* Represent Flock at industry events and networking opportunities.
* Contribute ideas to strengthen our visibility and new business process.


Internal collaboration

* Coordinate with our internal flock to ensure smooth delivery and excellent client experience.
* Prepare reports, insights, and feedback that demonstrate the value and outcomes of our work.
* Bring ideas that improve how we operate, collaborate, and grow together.


What you’ll bring

* 3+ years’ experience in digital account or client management, ideally within an agency or creative environment.
* Strong understanding of digital delivery. From web and content projects to social, UX, or campaign activity.
* Excellent communication skills. Clear, personable, and confident.
* Commercially minded, with an understanding of client value, ROI, and long‑term growth.
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently within a collaborative, remote team.
* Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.


Nice to have

* Experience or interest in healthcare communications, marketing, or pharma.
* Familiarity with medical compliance processes or regulated content environments.
