The Role: We are seeking a proactive Architectural Assistant to join our busy Industrial & Logistics team to help with tasks spread out across all the RIBA Stages from masterplanning to technical delivery of projects on site. We have had multiple Architectural Assistants that have joined this team and have successfully taken on their Part 3 exams and passed given the experience we can provide.
Key Responsibilities
* Help the team to meet key outline design, planning and technical deadlines on multiple projects.
* Plan, manage and monitor your work to meet the deadlines given to you by the team.
* Utilise some illustrative software, such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, to develop briefing documents and bid documents.
* Issue out project information in accordance with the practice protocols.
* Upload design information on to clients’ portals to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Successful completion of ARB approved Part 1 and Part 2 in Architecture.
* Year out experience preferred, but not essential.
* Must have a portfolio for review upon application.
Key Skills
* Must have used Revit for a minimum of one year during your Part 2 course.
* Have good and clear skills in presentation work – strong graphical representation skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Good grammar and numeracy skills.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
