Shift Pattern Available Monday toFriday The Role As anAdministrator,youllplay a vital role in delivering a high-quality service toQualifications Scotlandcustomers.Youllprovidehigh level, quality customerserviceand administrative support to enable the delivery of Qualifications Scotland products and services. WhatYoullBe Doing Provide administrative support to ensure activities are carried out accurately and according to plan and ensure compliance with documented processes Assistwith the supervision and/or training of temporary and/ornew staff Training of various stakeholders in respect of processes and procedures to be followed Create andmaintainrecords, standardreportsand spreadsheets to ensure information is up-to-date, easy to access andaccurate Process routine invoices and/or fees and expenses, carrying out basic numerical calculations to ensure timeous payment and accounting Carry out filing of information to ensure it is stored accurately following relevant policies and procedures Contribute to the organisations continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing and recommending improvements to administrative procedures and systems Assistin system/User acceptance testing Providea high levelof customer service in respect to queries ensuring responses are issued promptly,accuratelyand following QS guidelines whilemaintainingkey stakeholder relationships The ImpactYoullMake Youllbe the reassuring and professional voice customers rely on for support Your accuracy and attention to detail will help ensure smooth and effective operations Your teamwork and communication skills will contribute to a positive, high-performing environment Your commitment to service standards will directly influence customer satisfaction WhatWereLooking For As a minimum be educated to SCQF Level 4.
