Using new technologies to modernize working practices. Assisting Councillors and supporting local projects, community engagement, and environmental improvements. Collaborating with services, partners, and stakeholders to address local issues. Liaising with the Customer Contact Centre to support resident concerns. Providing rapid responses to environmental issues and overseeing graffiti removal. Working with contractors to ensure service delivery meets required standards. Acting as an ambassador for the Council and supporting volunteer activities. Contributing to projects championing climate action and community resilience.
