About Our Nursery
Busy Bees Corby Priors Hall is a purpose‑built, Ofsted Good centre for up to 120 children. Located in the heart of the Priors Hall estate, we benefit from strong local partnerships and a dedicated, passionate team. Free parking is available, and we offer flexible hours plus ongoing training and development.
Role Overview
Join Busy Bees, the UK’s leading nursery group, and help shape the next generation. As a Room Leader, you’ll guide a team across multiple rooms, ensuring high‑quality care, learning, and consistency throughout the centre.
Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution of age‑appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
* Foster a high‑performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
* Oversee the development and well‑being of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
* Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
* Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
Qualifications
* Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
* Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Passionate about fostering child development and creating positive relationships with families.
