MET/Panel Technician
Location: Southampton
Salary: £42,500 + Bonus £60,000
Hours: Full Time | Monday – Friday | Saturday as required
What You'll Do
* Strip & refit vehicles per job cards
* Carry out diagnostics & component replacements
* Ensure correct parts & repair methods used
* Sign off QC checks & final inspections
* Support & mentor team members
* Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workshop. Ø To ensure the highest standard of repairs are carried out to the manufacturers specification, specifically relating to panel replacement and repair. Ø To ensure all work is completed to the customers satisfaction and strive to exceed their expectations.
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years' MET/bodyshop experience
* NVQ/ATA/IMI/SVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
* Strong mechanical & electrical skills
* Eye for detail and high-quality standards
* Confident, team-focused, proactive attitude
