Job Role: HSE Advisor
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Metalis are currently working with a well established manufacturer in Rotherham, who are looking for a HSE Advisor to join their team.
Job Duties:
Provide advice on all things Health, Safety and Environmental
Carry out risk assessments, COSHH reviews, inspections etc.
Deliver toolbox talks, HSE training and promote a behavioural safety culture
Ensure compliance with all HSE legislations
Identify opportunities for risk reduction, compliance improvement and environmental performance enhancement
Drive continuous improvement in safety culture and sustainability
Monitor and report SHE performance metrics
Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective action tracking
Job Requirements:
NEBOSH Certificate
Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislations
Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
Familiar with ISO14001 & ISO45001 management systems
Salary & Shift:
£40,000 per annum
Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm & Friday, 8:30am - 3pm
