Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute the Enterprise & Corporate sector sales strategy aligned with TXP's growth objectives.
* Shape market positioning and drive thought leadership in enterprise transformation.
* Represent TXP at industry events and forums as a trusted advisor.
* Own and deliver ambitious revenue and GP targets.
* Play a hands-on role in pipeline development, client engagement, and closing high-value opportunities.
* Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in existing and new major accounts.
* Jointly bid with strategic technology and services partners to secure large-scale programmes.
* Drive a large-deal culture focused on client outcomes, working closely with TXP's CTO and Delivery teams.

Role Purpose

We are seeking a visionary, hands-on Head of Enterprise & Corporate Sales to lead and scale our professional services sales function. This pivotal role will focus on expanding TXP’s footprint in cloud, data, AI, digital transformation and application modernisation across major Enterprise and Corporate accounts.

You will shape the go-to-market strategy, drive multimillion-pound outcome-based engagements, and lead a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional growth. This is an opportunity to influence TXP’s strategic direction and engage at C-level with some of the most prominent organisations in the UK and globally


Criteria


Key Responsibilities

* Shape market positioning and drive thought leadership in enterprise transformation.
* Represent TXP at industry events and forums as a trusted advisor.


Sales Execution

* Own and deliver ambitious revenue and GP targets.
* Play a hands-on role in pipeline development, client engagement, and closing high-value opportunities.
* Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in existing and new major accounts.
* Jointly bid with strategic technology and services partners to secure large-scale programmes.
* Drive a large-deal culture focused on client outcomes, working closely with TXP's CTO and Delivery teams.


Team Development

* Lead and grow a sales team (currently 9 FTEs, expanding to 15+), ensuring performance, development, and motivation.
* Embed structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) and forecasting discipline across the team.


Skill and Experience

* Minimum of 7 years sales experience in Enterprise and Corporate Sector sales, with a proven track record in selling technology services (cloud, data, digital transformation, or application development).
* Strong commercial acumen and experience of working to Gross Profit targets.
* Experience of successfully managing and negotiating with Enterprise procurements teams internationally
* 5 years experience leading and managing sales teams, with a track record of hitting and exceeding team targets and inspiring teams
* Demonstrated ability to build high-value customer relationships and win multi-million-pound opportunities.
* Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and MEDDPICC
* Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across sales, delivery, marketing, and executive teams.
* Existing network of senior Enterprise and Corporate contacts is highly desirable in BFSI or Manufacturing


Qualifications / Education

* BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred but not essential.
* We value sector experience, large deal commercial success, and leadership ability above academic credentials.
