We are looking for a Team Administrator to join Bristol Hospital. Whether you join us from the NHS or a private setting, you will find that we offer you an opportunity to be part of a small efficient friendly team, providing a high quality diagnostic service.
As a Team Administrator, you will be required to:
1. Make appointments for radiology clinics
2. Answer the telephone
3. Request and send images through IEP
4. Send out radiology reports
5. Liaise with various internal and external parties
6. Assist with general admin duties in the department
To succeed as a Team Administrator, you will:
7. Be a confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner.
8. Ideally be educated to GCSE in English and Maths, with NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent.
9. Have good IT and keyboard skills.
10. Have experience within an administrative or customer facing environment would be a real advantage.
