What You'll Be Doing
* Full 360 recruitment - Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle across a Primary or Secondary desk.
* Business development & sales - Proactively winning new clients through outbound sales calls, networking, and relationship-building.
* Client relationship management - Acting as a trusted partner to schools, understanding their needs and delivering tailored staffing solutions.
* Fast-paced, volume recruitment - Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Growing and managing your desk - Building long-term client relationships and a strong candidate pipeline.
* Delivering results - Working towards clear targets in a performance-led role where success is recognised and rewarded.
Who You Are
* An experienced Recruiter - 12 months solid minimum experience in a 360 recruitment role (education preferred, but other sectors considered).
* Commercially minded - Confident with sales, business development, and proactive client acquisition.
* Resilient & driven - Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with competing priorities.
* Relationship-focused - Skilled at building trust with clients and candidates alike.
* Organised & proactive - You manage your desk effectively and take ownership of your performance.
* Passionate about development - You want to grow your career, earnings, and expertise within recruitment.
