Immediate Start – Payroll OfficerWe’re recruiting for a Payroll Officer to join a leading, UK-wide organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end payroll operations and play a key role in delivering an outstanding employee experience.Location: Hybrid (1 day per week in the office, Stratford-upon-Avon)The Role
1. Manage high-volume, end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy and full HMRC compliance.
2. Work closely with external payroll providers to ensure seamless processing.
3. Resolve payroll queries efficiently and professionally.
4. Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to statutory regulations.
About You
5. Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll in a high-volume environment.
6. Strong knowledge of HMRC regulations and payroll compliance.
7. Experience liaising with external payroll providers.
8. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
9. Confident communicator with a proactive, collaborative approach.
