Salary: £75,000 - £85,000
We’re working with a well-established M&E contractor that has been delivering large-scale projects across the UK and Europe for over 45 years. They provide complete mechanical and electrical services across a wide range of sectors including data centres, industrial, logistics, pharmaceutical, food, healthcare, and commercial.
They are now looking for an Electrical Project Manager to join their delivery team. The first project will be a large-scale distribution centre, with further major projects in the pipeline.
What you’ll be doing
* Lead electrical project delivery from planning through to handover.
* Review specifications, manage technical submittals, RFIs, and variations.
* Oversee procurement, delivery, and installation of plant and equipment.
* Ensure construction and commissioning programmes are implemented and delivered on time.
* Manage labour, resources, and progress reporting.
* Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, and client-side teams.
* Oversee snagging, close-out, and documentation processes.
* Drive team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
