We are looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor based in Accrington.
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years PQE to work on the full spectrum of Private Client work (Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection) in a small but successful high street firm which prides itself on commitment to client excellence and career progression/fee earner training.
The candidate will provide support to the other departments from a private client perspective and will assist the firm in obtaining law society wills and probate accreditation.
The candidate will take over an existing case load and will receive on‑going training from the Senior Partner who is Head of the Private Client department.
* Ability to work with a case management system desirable and ability to do own typing.
* Essential skills: excellent client care skills, commitment to LEXCEL working practices and ability to network and generate new work.
