Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in leading, motivating, and supervising the Kitchen Team.
* Manage food storage, preparation, production, safety, cooking, and service within on-site restaurants and bars, including match day hospitality and banqueting.
* Take full responsibility for Head Chef duties in their absence.
* Maintain high levels of service that exceed customer expectations.
* Control resources, manage processes, and cultivate a culture of excellence.

Requirements
