About the Role
We’re seeking a professional and proactive Receptionist to cover our front-of-house activities for one week only, starting Monday 15th September. Perfect for someone looking for short-term work in a dynamic environment—no long-term commitment required.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors and callers
* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently
* Manage meeting room bookings and prepare rooms as needed
* Receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch daily mail and deliveries
* Keep the reception area tidy and well-stocked with essentials

What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in reception or a customer-facing role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable working independently and reliably in a temporary capacity
