Mon to Fri, Full Time Hours.
Responsibilities
Preparing job files for new projects
Assisting with the completion of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and trade accreditation annual renewals
Maintaining company PPE levels and organise the distribution of stock, as and when needed
Ensuring all project records and documentation are up to date
Desirables
2 years + proven experience within an Administration role is essential.
An awareness of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and/ or office-based backgrounds in Construction, Electrical etc will prove a strong advantage.
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Hardworking, upbeat and positive in personality with a genuine willingness to go above and beyond in the workplace.
