Corporate and Commercial Solicitor (Professional Support Lawyer)
Location: Kent (hybrid). Salary: £60,000‑£80,000 DOE. 7+ years PQE. The firm seeks an experienced Professional Support Lawyer to join its Corporate and Commercial team.
The Role
The appointed lawyer will be a key contributor to the department's knowledge base, ensuring lawyers have access to current legal updates and market intelligence. In addition, you will assist with training programs, client-facing knowledge projects, and marketing efforts to support the successful execution of the department’s overall business strategy.
The Candidate
Applications are open to a qualified lawyer with 7+ years PQE in Corporate and Commercial and/or Banking and Finance law. The candidate will be experienced in drafting legal documents, organised, and able to prioritise. You will be an effective communicator who works well independently and, in a team, with experience in coaching and mentoring. Commercially aware with a solid grasp of market practice.
