Taking place across venues and public spaces, Swansea Arts Weekend will showcase the city’s rich creative talent through live performance, exhibitions, workshops, and more.
We are seeking a producer with a track record of delivering ambitious and inclusive cultural events. You’ll be confident managing partnerships, coordinating teams, overseeing logistics, leading on visual arts scheduling, and ensuring high-quality delivery from start to finish.

* Work closely with the events marketing team.
* Commission and coordinate artists, venues, and creative teams.

* Monitor progress against Council and Shared Prosperity Fund objectives and KPIs.
* Ensure that inclusion, sustainability, and creativity are at the heart of the weekend’s delivery.
* Lead on event delivery during the weekend and provide post-event evaluation input.
We’re Looking for Someone Who Has:
* Considerable experience producing high-quality visual arts exhibitions and events with public-facing elements and multiple partners.
* Strong public events scheduling skills.
