Automotive Administrator Vacancy - Aylesbury Area!
We are seeking a Service Administrator to join our Client's well-established Independent Family Run Garage in the Aylesbury area.
Our Client is a Family-Run Garage and are looking to add to their Service team. They are looking for an experienced Service Administrator to join their team providing excellent customer services, providing support to the workshop as well as externally and maintaining customer relationships.
Our Client is looking for the right person to take pride in their position, drive the sales, increase the customer based and deliver excellent customer service!
Our Client is offering the successful Service Administrator:
1. £14 Per Hour / £30,576 Salary
2. Monday To Friday 8.30am - 6pm (1 Hour Lunch)
3. 1 Saturday Morning In 3 (8am - 12.30pm)
4. Family Run Independent Garage Environment
5. Automotive Administration Experience Required
6. General Administrative Duties, Also Dealing With Customers, Bookings, Invoices, Ordering Parts, Front Desk Based
Duties of a Service Administrator with our Client:
7. General administrative duties
8. Welcome Customers to the Branch.
9. Maintain customer waiting area.
10. Ordering parts and bookings
11. Deal with customer needs face-to-face and over the phone with a professional and friendly approach
12. support MOT and service scheduling
13. Updating customers with vehicle progress, monitoring all customer interactions to ensure all administration for transactions and customers is completed to the highest level.
What our Client expects of their Service Administrators:
14. Previous experience within an automotive administration role would be preferred
15. Full UK Driving Licence
16. The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a job share team
17. Trade knowledge and strong administrative skills
18. Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
19. An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
